Miniature Pet Portraits

• After placing your order, you can (must) provide 1 - 9 reference photos for me to use. I'm always excited to see your pets and start their portrait!

• Your order number and  link to the image upload page will be included in your emailed receipt.

• If I don't receive your images the same day you order, I'll check in with you to offer assistance.

•  If, by a week later, if no photos are provided or no response is received, your order will be cancelled and refunded minus a processing fee of $15.

• Normal production time is 1 week from the date that usable reference photos are received. 

• Once both the payment has processed and your photos are received, I create the drawing within a week from that point. 

• Shipping time is separate from production. You can select faster shipping when you check out (Xpresspost, typically 3 days). 

• Contact me for rush orders. The fastest I can complete a drawing is one business day, if circumstances allow. 

• Let me know if you would like me to email a printable copy to give as a placeholder gift while you wait for the original to arrive in the mail.

I currently only ship within Canada, using Canada Post "Expedited" (4-14 days) or "Xpresspost" (1-3 days). All packages are tracked. Contact me for exceptions such as untracked mail for the smallest items, or local delivery/pickup.

• It is illegal for anyone but me to make money off my art without first paying me a licensing fee. When you buy art, you purchase the physical art object, not the rights to the image.
